The Concrete Industry Board - Mission Statement

Section 1:
 Fosters the highest quality design and construction of concrete structures through education, exchange and debate;
 Is dedicated to the practice of the highest professional ethical standards in all elements of the concrete construction industry;
 Promotes the use of quality concrete.

Section 2:
 To distributeinformation provided by the American Concrete Institute (ACI), Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI), American Society of Testing and Materials  (ASTM), and other recognized applicable subject-related entities for design, construction and testing practices together with public codes and regulations which will foster quality plain and reinforced concrete.

Section 3:
 To provide a forum for the concrete industry.  
 To carry out such additional purposes as are generally set forth in Article 2 of the corporation's certificate of incorporation.

Section 4:
 To do all things incidental or conductive to attainment of these objectives.
